1. Products bought in the JoyGeek Amazon store have a 2-year warranty, but registration is required to activate the warranty.
2. If you don't have an Amazon 17-digit order number, but you receive our products as a gift, please register and log in to our website. You also enjoy a 2-year warranty.
General Warranty Terms
The JoyGeek® Warranty Policy applies only to JoyGeek® branded products and is subject to the following terms: this Policy is non-transferable and is only available to the original end-user purchaser (“Purchaser”). To request a replacement product under the Policy. Purchaser must register at JoyGeek.VIP, provide proof of purchase and may be required to provide a valid credit card number. This Policy does not apply to products purchased from online vendors unauthorized to sell JoyGeek® products, including unauthorized sellers on websites such as Amazon and eBay.
During the warranty period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective, JoyGeek® will (at its sole option) replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of JoyGeek® and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
Regarding the warranty policy, JoyGeek® reserves the right of final interpretation.
The warranty applies to all JoyGeek® brand products.
You will be required to provide information regarding where and when you purchased the product, along with a copy of the original receipt.
JoyGeek® reserves the right to review the damaged product. All costs associated with shipping the product to JoyGeek® for inspection will be borne solely by the purchaser.
The 2-year warranty applies for the following conditions:
The original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective
The product damage caused by our negligence may affect the use of the product.
The following conditions are not applicable to participating in the warranty:
Damage caused by natural disasters or other reasons other than the product itself.
warranty does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, accidents, wear-and-tear, or failure to follow the product instructions. Damage due to acts of nature. For example lightning strikes, tornadoes, and similar.
Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
